🗓️ Team Registration Deadline

To ensure a smooth and competitive tournament experience for all participants, we kindly ask that team registrations be completed by September 21th, 2025.

Timely team registration is essential to help us organize a successful tournament. It allows us to finalize the full match schedule, build fair and balanced division brackets, assign referees, and coordinate field use efficiently. It also ensures that all teams receive clear communication regarding logistics and day-of updates well in advance.

📝 Instructions for Teams & Attendees

• All teams must check in at the tournament tent by 8:35 AM Saturday.
• Rosters are turned in prior to the tournament and reviewed at check in.
• All players must definitely be CIPPd
• Each team is guaranteed 3 pool games and potential knockout rounds.
• Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and shade (tents welcome).
• Free food will be provided but limited to players only
• Food trucks and Emergency Medical Services provided will be on-site all day.
• Alcohol is permitted in designated areas (21+ only).
• Parking is free – carpooling is encouraged due to limited spots.
• Facilities: Portable restrooms (porta-potties) will be available on-site for all teams, spectators, and volunteers throughout the day. Please help us keep the area clean and accessible for everyone.
